Reception Class of 2020-2021 🌈

Wow, what a year we have had! 

To the children in Reception, you have been fantastic! We are so proud of you all. You have all made the most wonderful start to your Robin Hood journey. A big well done to you all 😃🌟

To parents, this year has not been without its challenges but we are so grateful for all of the support you have given to the children during home learning and throughout the year. We thank you so much for this.

We hope you all have an amazing summer holiday and we wish you the best of luck on your new journey in Year 1. We will see you all in the next academic year!

Music Week!

We thought about African music and learned about Mamady Wadaba Kourouma, who plays the djembe drum. We composed our own drumming music and African dances. We listened to different types of music from Africa and painted how it made us feel and the colours it made us think of. It is music week! We have thought about African music. We have done lots of fun activities. We have danced, sung songs and played instruments!
